A pilot linking African-endemic pathogens to their documented wildlife reservoir hosts — genomes, proteins, and structures for both sides are catalogued the same way as every other species on this platform; this page records the relationship between them specifically. Every association is entered by a Continental Admin against a real, citable publication, and marked honestly as confirmed or still-suspected science — reservoir attribution is genuinely contested for several of these pathogens, and this page never presents a suspected link as settled fact.
